does the Help Desk do?
The
Help Desk is dedicated to providing computer-related
informational and technical support to all our customers and
clients. Support includes hardware, operating system, software
installation, application software, and computer repair or
configuration.
Where is the Help Desk located?
The
Help Desk office is located just outside West London, close to
Heathrow Airport.
How do I contact Help Desk personnel?
You
can reach the Help Desk personnel by phone or email. The phone
number is 0845 880 2343, and the e-mail is help@imeda-services.com.
You can also raise your own ticket by recording a call on our
on-line help desk system, and also obtain a level of self-help
through our resident knowledge base.
How does the Help Desk send a reply?
The
help desk personnel will first contact you by phone or send you
an email with a proper response, and then send a hard copy of
the response in the post. This will guarantee the quickest means
of providing assistance without compromising the quality of the
response. We can also send you a text message to a mobile phone
if this would help, if say for instance you were on the move!

Will Help Desk personnel help me to install software?
Yes,
the Help Desk personnel will help you install software on your
personal computer, by giving advice and determining the mode of
